
Schedule & How It Works
After onboarding and completing your fundamentals course, you will be provided with your personalized program and coached through your workouts during our “coached hours”. These coached hours are:
Monday-Thursday 6PM-8PM and Saturday 9AM-11AM
If you wish to have more flexibility with your training times, please inquire about adding on “open gym” to your normal membership. This will give you access to the facility 5am-1030pm 7 days/week. To be eligible for keyless access open gym you must be competent and safe with your technique and complete a keyless access agreement.
Please note that coaching is not guaranteed outside of “coached hours”.
FAQ’s
Is this a class format?
No. Our “coached hours” are a time when athletes and weightlifters train together and receive high attention to detail instruction so they can maximize the effectiveness of their workout, learn to execute great technique, and engage with our TEAM training culture. Because our programs are tailored to the individual needs of the athlete, not every member of the group is doing the same workout and therefore coached hours are not structured as a class. Coached hours are an encouraging, community environment where athletes cheer each other on regardless of their sport.
What does a typical training session look like?
Athletes come in, check their program via a digital spreadsheet, transcribe it into their pen and paper training log, and start warming up according to their program. During coached hours there is always a coach on the floor actively coaching athletes through the different exercises in their workouts, answering questions, and providing guidance and encouragement. Every athlete receives coaching in every session that is individualized to their current ability.
Do I need to book my session in advance?
No. Coached hours are always held at the scheduled times unless communicated otherwise. You can choose which days you come to train and receive coaching based on the days/week of your membership.
