EMMA DORSHIMER
DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS OPERATIONS & ASSISTANT Coach
I joined Sweep the Sheds because I have a passion for strength training, youth development, and empowering athletes to reach their goals and grow their confidence. My background lies in college athletics where I was an All-American basketball player at Gettysburg College. At Gettysburg, I finished my career as the 2nd all time leading scorer, scoring 1683 points and serving as a 3-year captain. It was also where I discovered my love for strength training, as it grew my confidence and contributed significantly to my success and safety as an athlete. I am passionate about youth athletes taking advantage of strength training to improve their sport! It is truly something I wish I knew about as a child and had taken advantage of. Sweep the Sheds is not just a gym, but a welcoming space where athletes can grow their confidence, learn to move better, and improve their sports performance, all while training in an encouraging environment where we cheer each other on. I am excited to build relationships with our athletes and help them achieve incredible results! In my spare time, you can catch me teaching yoga classes, reading, or baking delicious treats.
