Hi everyone, my name is Addi! I'm so excited to work with all of you! I've always been an animated person, and I absolutely love the color purple. Sports have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I played soccer, volleyball, basketball, and golf, but when I was about twelve or thirteen, my mom introduced me to Olympic Weightlifting—and I've been hooked ever since!

I began my Olympic Weightlifting journey at Alpha Barbell in Auburn, Washington, and continued to develop my skills through college with the Lindenwood Weightlifting Team in St. Charles, Missouri. I’ve had the privilege of training in both a club environment and as part of a larger team, which has been an incredibly rewarding experience. Throughout my time in the sport, I’ve competed at nationals both as an individual and as part of a team, which has allowed me to grow both as an athlete and as a person.

What I love most about Olympic Weightlifting is the camaraderie and the opportunity to support and cheer for my teammates. The mental confidence and joy we give each other are what make the sport so special. Now, I’m thrilled to be transitioning into coaching, where I can carry these values forward and help create an environment built on love, grit, and positivity. I can’t wait to work with all of you and develop a vibrant, empowering culture together!
